Increasing numbers in COVID-19!
Kellie LeBlanc

Due to the increasing COVID-19 numbers in the community, we are experiencing exposures and/or positive cases on several of our campuses.  Please monitor your child/children for symptoms and refer to the letter below from Superintendent Allen Blanchard, Jr. for important reminders.

Dear Parents,

Due to the increasing COVID-19 numbers in the community, we would like to share a few reminders with you.

  1. If your child has been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not send them to school.  Please call the school to inform them that your child has been exposed.
  2. Please do not send your child to school if they have COVID compatible symptoms which are:
    • 1 of the following: cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, or new changes in sense of smell or taste OR
    • 2 of the following: fever, chills, rigors, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, congestion/runny nose, or fatigue.

Your assistance in this matter will help us to decrease the likelihood of transmission of COVID-19 in our schools and community.

Sincerely,

Allen Blanchard, Jr.
